Sales and returns
We agree to sell you subscription and craft kits according to the descriptions on the product pages. It is understood that subscription kits are sold 'blind' in that the contents are meant as a suprise. As a customer, we hope you like the contents. If this is not the case, please contact us on either email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall arrange a replacement.
The buyer will cover return postage and the contents need to be returned in re-saleable condition (ie. unused). We cannot accept returns of items already used. In the case of faulty goods, we will offer a like-for-like replacement.
If for any other reason you are unhappy with your purchase, let us know.
For subscription kits, we will send the boxes first class on the first of every month. If the 1st lands on a Sunday or Bank Holiday Monday, we will endeavour to send the boxes in advance of the 1st but reserve the right to ship on the first postal date following.
We will send all other kits within 5 working days via first class Royal Mail unless there is a pre-order shipment date stated on the product description.

We retain copyright for all images produced on our website unless they are the copyright of one of our box contributors or suppliers, in which case the copyright remains with the original photographer.
We are happy for our images to be reproduced with permission. Please email email@example.com.
We maintain all copyright on written content on our website with the exception of guest blog posts, which remain the copyright of the writer. Please ask permission before reproducting any content.
